We charge a low, flat monthly subscription fee to use our system because we believe that the best online ordering system should be affordable and accessible to all scales of restaurants. There are no hidden fees or nasty surprises.
You can process online payments through integrations with Stripe, Poli, PayPal and Bambora payment gateways. If you have an existing account with either of those providers, we simply connect it to our system. If not, you can set one up with just a few clicks. Unlike other online ordering systems, we do not add any additional transaction fees for restaurants using online payments.
You can also set up other forms of payment such as cash if needed. Ask us if you have specific requirement.
You sure can. As soon as your online menu is set up, we can link it to your POS system. And once you’re using Let’s Order, you’ll be receiving more customer data directly to use in your own marketing efforts (we don’t touch it or share it with other restaurants or companies).
In the event of wi-fi outage, Let’s Order will keep running and you’ll be able to see it on any other devices that is connected internet.
We get how daunting it can seem to introduce a new system, so it our goal is to make that transition process simple, stress-free and fast. It will only take 3-5 days once the menu is ready.
When you make the switch to Let’s Order, your account manager will sit down with you remotely to go through the system’s real estate. Then after the initial setup, we provide 24/7 support and are always happy to answer questions and provide additional training where required.
